I'm sure it's in articles about how successful people do things and the rest of us fail. It's probably even in ones I've read.
I can't recall it, though. Perhaps it's put some way I don't grasp it or that's pedantic, and I've ignored it.
The thing I do that kills my use of time is not use small stretches.
"Oh, I've only got an hour before it's time to go to work, so I'll fuck off." or "I have to pick up Conan in a little while, so I won't start anything important."
And hour by hour, day by day, I never have the time to do the things I mean to do.
The time was all there, but I didn't take advantage of it.
I need to find a way to fix that.
